I have been there with different pets in the past sometimes it does take hours depending on what types of emergency you have and how many others are brought in they are usually swamped in the late evening hours but they made sure to stabilize her and explain what treatment test and the cost I really didn’t now the vets name that was on duty but she was a caring and understanding person that listen to all my concerns about my little baby
